Louis Vuitton Day
Mark your calendars for Louis Vuitton Day, Sunday, September 8 from 2-5 pm at Golden Animal Hospital, 9570 Vaughn Road, Pike Road, AL. The purpose of this event is to remember and honor Louis Vuitton (Hartley) and to bring awareness of on-going animal abuse and how to combat it. All shelters and rescues in the state are invited.
Louis Vuitton was a pit bull who survived a brutal attack and was set on fire. He became Alabama's unofficial Poster Dog against abuse. He was rescued by MHS, saved by Golden Animal Hospital, and adopted by William and Dee Hartley. Louis passed away last year at the age of 15 1/2. His legacy lives on. Friends of Louis Vuitton plan to continue to fight animal abuse until there are no more abused animals.
TAG is a proud supporter and advocate for animals. We are happy to be a part of Louis Vuitton Day and hope to see you there!!
